Refund Policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery at elenalanesongs@gmail.comand we'll do our best to make it right.

Returns

Items must be unused, in their original condition, to qualify for a return. To start a return, email us with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us with a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, at no extra cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned per the policy above.
